        民发瑞际酒店是由民发实业集团有限公司投资兴建，集住宿、餐饮、会议、康乐于一体的会议型高端、轻奢五星级酒店。220米超高层的酒店，建筑面积11万余平方米，拥有各类客房约600间。中西餐厅以及风味餐厅共1700余平方米，可同时容纳700人就餐，中餐包厢配有16个各具风格的豪华包厢，无柱多功能会议大厅占地约1500平方米。另有中小型会议室10个。酒店空中玻璃天幕游泳池、健身中心、棋牌室等设施一应俱全。地下停车场近千个车位，为宾客带来便利。酒店地下一层为员工的生活区域和文化娱乐区域。

The 220-meter super high-rise hotel has a construction area of more than 110,000 square meters and has about 600 rooms of various types. The Chinese and Western restaurant and the flavor restaurant total more than 1,700 square meters, which can accommodate 700 people at the same time. The Chinese food box is equipped with 16 luxurious boxes of various styles. The column-free multifunctional conference hall covers an area of about 1,500 square meters.
